The day rate is $170. One week is $1,190. That is more than a 6 ($100) and a little more than two 4s ($160). If eight people truly ride at once, one 8 is the cleaner rental. If the house splits every afternoon, two smaller carts can be smarter. Do not rent an 8 to look big.
Holiday weekends take 8s first. If you need eight seats, book the calendar early or call 361-800-2183. Walk-up on an 8 is luck, not a plan.
A typical 8-Passenger day: the whole house leaves together, one permit on one cart, one parking spot on the sand. That is the point. If three people peel off to fish and five go to town, you wanted two smaller carts. Book what the house will actually do.

Book the 8 for seven or eight people who will ride together: reunion weeks, bachelor or bachelorette stays, church groups, and big beach days. Every rider needs a seat. No standing on the back.
If six is the real number, the 6 at $100 is the honest cart — and you can pick it up at 528 W Ave G. If four is the real number, stop reading this page.
On the Beach RV guests do not get an 8 at the park. Ave G does not stock an 8. Delivery from the Cut-Off fleet is how most 8s leave the lot.
Free delivery and beach permit
We deliver 8-passenger carts inside Port Aransas on the same 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM clock. Call 361-800-2183 for the window. Same-day 8s are rare when the island is full.
No delivery across Hwy 361 or past mile marker 40. An 8 does not unlock Cinnamon Shore or Port Royal. If the stay is on the no-go list, this size will not fix it.

Beach and Hwy 361 rules
An 8-passenger is still a golf cart under city rules. No driving along Hwy 361. Cross only at the designated spots on the official crossings map. Fine amounts live on the city and police PDFs — we do not invent them here.

528 W Ave G has 2, 4, and 6 — not 8. If you are already in town and you need eight seats, book Cut-Off or delivery from Cut-Off.
907 Access Road 1-A has no 8. Park guests book 2 or 4 online, or they book an 8 from Cut-Off for a stay we can serve.
