This is how we handle information on peytonsbeachcarts.com. The rental agreement you sign at pickup or delivery — and the live checkout in FareHarbor — is a separate document. This page is not that contract.

Booking through FareHarbor

Check Availability opens a FareHarbor booking window. FareHarbor collects the reservation — name, dates, cart size, payment, and whatever they need to run checkout. We do not store your card number on this website. FareHarbor's own privacy terms apply to that checkout.

Email, phone, and the contact form

If you email peytonsbeachcarts@gmail.com, call the shop, or send the contact form, we get what you typed so we can answer. We use it to book, deliver, or reply. We do not sell that list.

Site analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people open. That is traffic data — pages, devices, general location — not a file we keep of your rental. Ads remarketing is not why we run it. We use it to see if the site works.

Cookies

The site and the FareHarbor embed may set cookies so pages load and checkout works. Analytics uses cookies too. You can block cookies in the browser. Booking may break if you do.

Privacy requests

Want to know what we have, or want a note taken down? Email peytonsbeachcarts@gmail.com. Say it is a privacy request. We will work it. FareHarbor holds the live reservation record — we can point you there if the ask is about a booking.

Kids

Renters and drivers must be 21 or older. This site is not aimed at children.

Changes

If we change this page, we update the date at the top. The live version is the one that counts.
