These are website terms. The rental contract is the one you accept in FareHarbor at checkout and sign when the cart shows up. We do not invent extra legalese here.

The rental contract lives in FareHarbor

Book on this site and you leave our pages for a FareHarbor checkout. That checkout — plus the agreement you sign at pickup or delivery — is the rental contract. Rates, dates, tax, and the full terms you click through are there. This page does not replace that. If something here and something in FareHarbor disagree, FareHarbor and the signed agreement win.

Public rules we already post on the site (not a hidden contract):

  • Renter and every driver must be 21 or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proof of current auto insurance
  • Credit or debit card on file
  • A $300 security deposit may be taken at our discretion
  • Return the cart full or a $30 fuel charge can go on the card unless you opted in for prepaid fuel

Using this website

Use the site to look at carts, prices, shops, and to book. Do not scrape it, copy it as your own shop, or mess with the booking embeds. Content on the site — photos, copy, marks — is ours unless a photo credit says otherwise.

Other businesses we mention

Pages like Things to do name other Port A stops (Coach's, Lelo's, BlueWater Cowboy, Southern Lights LED Kites, parks, the Chamber). Those are separate businesses. We do not set their hours, menus, or tickets. Confirm with them.

The site as-is

We work to keep pages accurate. Calendars, tax, and the live total live in FareHarbor. If a page is wrong, email the shop. Texas law covers the rest. Port Aransas is home.
