City says no
Port Aransas police, Article VIII, and the beach rules. Not our opinion.
- Hwy 361 south of Avenue G. Cross only at the legal crossings on the city map.
- Streets posted over 35 mph, except a straight-across legal crossing
- Sidewalks and pedestrian walkways
- Playgrounds, public parks, school grounds
- Other public rec spots that are not a road
- Dunes and vegetation
- Past mile marker 40 on the beach
- Do not drive near or into the water (bays, docks, shoreline, the Gulf, big puddles)
Carts can't go here
These stays sit across Hwy 361 or past mile marker 40. No delivery. Don't take the cart there.

What is included
- Yamaha 2, 4, 6, and 8 passenger carts (Access Road 1-A is 2 & 4 only)
- Free delivery and pickup in Port Aransas
- Free beach parking permit already on the cart
- Daily and weekly rentals — check live dates for availability
Who can rent
- Renter and any driver must be 21 or older
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of current auto insurance
- Credit or debit card on file
- Signed rental agreement
- At our discretion a $300 security deposit may be taken at the time of rental
Street and beach rules
Our carts are street legal. Texas motor vehicle laws apply, including seat belts, child seats, open container rules, and DWI laws. Golf carts are motor vehicles in Port Aransas. The no-go list above is the city map. This is how we rent.
- Confirm your stay allows a golf cart before you book. If it is on the list above, we will not send one.
- Move right and yield to faster traffic.
- Everyone uses proper restraints. No lap passengers.
- Only authorized drivers operate the cart. Unauthorized drivers can end the rental with no refund.
- Water damage fees apply if you drive near or into the water.
Fuel
Fill the tank before you return the cart. If you do not, a $30 fuel charge may go on the card on file unless you opted in for the prepaid fuel option.
